Through Spotify, I was able to maximize my potential to learn new things and be updated on things that surround me. Spotify helps me to listen to audiobooks as I do my exercise routine in the morning. The book helps me motivate to reinforce my morning routine.
The Atomic Habit of James Clear taught me the importance of compounding action. The unnoticeable action provides a solid foundation of results you aim for yourself. In addition, I learned that achieving your ideal self - such as being fit rather than losing weight - has more profound results than aiming for a goal. People get stuck and stop once they reach their goal but maintaining congruency of your real self to your ideal self is beneficial to your success in life.
